About the group

This interpersonal process group offers a collaborative space for adults of all genders and ages to integrate embodied contact with self and community in a collaborative environment.

The group is intended to support self-awareness, clear and empathic dialogue, and confidence in building social connection

Embodied awareness practices and group processes support opportunities to:

  • Increase empathy and emotional understanding

  • Practice setting boundaries and expressing needs

  • Strengthen communication and listening skills

  • Explore new ways of connecting with others

  • Attending to the ways we register and respond to present-moment experience through awareness of breath, sensation, and emotion.

  • We are embedded in co-created relational fields. Experience is created in relation- to our life histories, immediate environments, and with each other.

  • Attending primarily to the process of what is happening in this moment, as opposed to discussions focused on content allows us to explore new ways of responding to the figures of our present-centered awareness.
